To ensure seamless progress, it is a good idea to invite us to the construction site periodically for author’s supervision.

We offer design and implementation of private interiors tailored for living and leisure. We specialize in comprehensive renovations of older properties and the structural completion of units, whether as Shell and Core or White Box. Our interior documentation process consists of two phases: a detailed study including space plans and visualizations, followed by comprehensive documentation of the interior design, serving as a blueprint for implementation and subcontracting companies. The final deliverable includes an Excel spreadsheet listing all interior items quoted by our contractors and subcontractors. While engaging our contractors for the work is not mandatory, our longstanding collaborations enable us to offer more competitive rates and access to proven contractors/subcontractors.
