Interior of the villa near the romantic castle Hluboká nad Vltavou. The architects from the studio Uhlík architekti designed the building, and we continued their work from the building shell stage, with the perimeter structures and the beautiful concrete ceiling already defined. The villa is two-storey, with a residential first floor and a partially sunken underground floor, housing a gym, swimming pool, and wellness facilities. The building boasts a panoramic view of the castle, with concrete being complemented by materials such as natural oak, metal, and dark stained oak veneer.
Upon entering the villa and ascending the stairs to the residential floor, one encounters an open space connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Besides the castle view, attention is drawn to the extensive bookcase formed by a metal structure incorporating a fireplace. The panoramic window offers an excellent opportunity to fully enjoy the attractive view.
All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms separated by smoked glass partitions. The bathrooms combine white polyurethane trowel with tiles imitating stone and concrete. Each bedroom also houses a spacious built-in wardrobe cleverly concealing a television within its interior. The lower level, partially sunken into the ground, is primarily dedicated to relaxation, offering a sauna, swimming pool, and gym. In terms of material, it maintains continuity with the upper floor, combining exposed concrete, dark ceramic tiles, and oak.
