Volumetric Study of a Villa in Prague
Situated on an elevated plot reaching up to 30 meters, this luxury villa boasts an unconventional design. Access to the villa is equally unique, offering entry through a car lift or via stairs integrated into the terrain. Divided into two separate residential units of equal size, each unit features a garage, technical facilities, and storage on the underground floor, with the main entrance also located at this level. Ascending to the first above-ground floor, one encounters the main living area, comprising a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. Additionally, a guest room is provided to accommodate visitors. The subsequent floor is dedicated to private spaces, including bedrooms. Atop the villa lies a wellness area. Furthermore, an office with an exclusive view of Prague is incorporated into the design. Externally, the façade showcases a blend of materials, featuring béton brut and anthracite-coloured sheet metal. The terrace planks are crafted from exotic wood, prized for its durability and colour fastness.
