This is a design for a two-storey family house. The ground floor is dedicated to a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen and a terrace. Additionally, there is a guest room, bathroom, dressing room, and utility room. On the second floor, you’ll find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, a dressing room, a toilet, and another bathroom. One of the rooms provides access to a roof terrace. The material design of this minimalist and modern building is intentionally simple to seamlessly blend with the surrounding incongruous architecture. The main two-storey structure and the lower portion of the house are finished in white plaster with a fine stucco texture. The white blocks are complemented by a canopy at the entrance, running around the entire lower structure, which is coated with a light-coloured cement screed that mimics concrete. Window and door frames are painted in a light grey colour to harmonize with the cladding, parapets, and other architectural elements. To enhance the entrance area, aluminium sheeting in the same colour as the window frames is utilized as façade cladding, completing the assembly of the entrance door and study window. The building design also incorporates a green roof made of extensive green matting.
