The interior design of a three-storey villa near Písek, originally conceived by architect Petr Němejc, has been developed in line with his vision. The main living area, comprising a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room, is situated on the entrance floor. An impressive spiral staircase, adorned with subtle white railing, dominates the entrance hall. On the second floor, there are bedrooms and guest rooms. The flooring boasts bleached oak. The walls showcase a harmonious blend of grey and cream cement trowel, accented with touches of white plaster and wood panelling. Oiled oak furnishings, in combination with light cream tones and brass accessories, further elevate the atmosphere. An eye-catching bronze coffee table serves as an expressive focal point.
