Comprehensive design and implementation of an apartment in the Sámova apartment building project, situated in the Vršovice district of Prague. Designed by architects from the studio Znamení čtyř, the apartment was received in White Box condition.
Featuring a layout of three rooms, the apartment is accessed from the central part of the building. A spacious corridor serves as the central hub, seamlessly connecting all living areas, the bathroom, and a dressing room. The living room encompasses both a kitchenette with an island, directly linked to the dining table, and a comfortable living area with a dedicated workspace. A defining element of the interior design is the slatting, which adds cohesion to the entire space. Attention to detail is evident, with outlet sockets meticulously integrated within the slats for a seamless finish.
Complementing the existing oak flooring, we introduced oak veneer, white lacquer, and grey paint to the interior palette. A light shade of fine cement trowel adds texture and depth to the overall aesthetic. Accessories and light fittings in contrasting black further enhance the design of the space.
