The project is a design of the comprehensive renovation of a flat at Rašínovo nábřeží, tailored to meet the contemporary needs and preferences of the clients. This includes minor layout adjustments and reconfiguration into a layout comprising four rooms and a kitchenette. Central to the apartment is a stylish entrance hall featuring meticulously crafted storage solutions. The spacious living room, with its uniquely designed kitchen island doubling as a dining table, serves as the focal point. A charming bay window element creates a cosy nook in the living area. We took the decision that the living room faces the main street.
The master bedroom, overlooking a serene courtyard, boasts a newly designed private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The interior concept revolves around a timeless palette, combining dark stained oak veneer, dark oak flooring, and white woodwork elements, accented with metallic details. Walls throughout the apartment are designed to showcase the client’s extensive art collection. The interior design employs details such as decorative mouldings, and rosettes. The choice of materials and design details pays homage to the age of the house and its location in the heart of Prague’s historic centre.
